The series of ultrafast mirror mount tilting sytems PSH consists of a various number of elements for high speed scanning and mirror shifting.
Especially the fast movement of mirror and other optical components makes the series PSH very suitable for applications like high speed scanning, eye tracking, laser beam stearing etc.
The key features are the high resonant frequency in the kHz range and the nearly unlimited resolution in the sub-nm range.
The systems of the series PSH can be used for precise positioning of heavy components as well by using the principal of pre-loaded direct driven actuators. Long term stability without drift and hysteresis are guaranteed by optional integrated position feed-back sensors.
