piezosystem jenas unique TRITOR 38 series are extremely compact but offer motions of up to 38 µm in all three axes. Parallel motion is achieved without play due to the mechanical design. As an option, integrated strain gauge measurement systems for overcoming the effect of hysteresis is available.

TRITOR 38 elements can be easily combined with other mechanical positioning systems (TRITOR 100 up to 102). Thy are well suited for many various applications reaching from optical research to OEM systems.
